Dear Jerry,
Why dilemma, that door is closed go to that company meet them, finalize and come. Based on the acceptance of Offer Letter if you've put down your papers it will be an worst senario. Think and decide. otherwise go for the next job search, if you are talented one they definitely you'll get.

It may be due to their internal issues, pls. confirm with them directly and settle the matter or continue with your job and keep trying other one. i feel dont come to any conclusion before you have a final word with them

I think you should not worry about this organsiation. They do not deserve your services.It is good this happened to you before you joined them. So look for greender pastures elsewhere. If you are confident and look for suitable networking you will get one soon.
