Request your assistance in the understanding of the below case:
I work in a school which is governed by the MEPS act, however, as we are private school, the aid is not provided.
We have a batch of students going on a field trip for a week from 20th Feb to 25th Feb. Now the teachers are also going with them, and they have their Saturday Offs and weekly Offs during this period. The department HOD has given the Saturday Off (which falls on 24th Feb) early (on the 19th Feb). Is this possible?
