Hi Everyone, my department has recently introduced the Biometric Clock for employees to clock in and clock out daily and as such,we have been given the printout and asked to provide an explanation for the absences and lateness to work.Can anyone suggest me a reporting template that HR gives to employees to explain their reasons for being absent from work and coming in late for work . Any suggestions forthcoming will be greatly appreciated.
