Hi i am very much confused and need a help in deciding whether to go for PGDBA in HR or PGDHRM..Whats the difference between the two in terms of career opportunities?I have done B.Tech and now want to do PGD in HR. But confused which one to chose?Need expert advice.

PGDBA is totally business oriented course has few different business subjects under the curriculum then Human Resource specialised course PDHRM such as MIS, Marketing and Production Operation, Sales, Service & Distribution etc. Apart from that PDHRM which is HRM specialised course containing complete knowledge study of the areas related to Human Resource such as Labour Laws and Industrial Relations, Strategic HR and so on..
