Professional responsibilities

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Ø Implemented complete HR policies, practices and Performance Management system for HMX Media
Ø Designed and implemented an employee motivation, mentoring program for suggestions scheme.
Ø Facilitating and conducting the orientation of a new joinee and completing all the joining formalities, Conducting exit interviews and timely updation of data.
Ø Analyzing manpower requirement along with the department heads and lining up people for interviews and coordinating complete recruitment process.

TRAINING FUNCTIONS:

Ø Identifying training and development needs through “Training Need Analysis” in consultation with the line managers for all levels of employees.
Ø Responsible for formulating developmental programs (Training plan & activities), annual Master Training Calendar, Training curriculum, Identifying internal and external trainers, maintaining the Training manuals, Visual aids, and other Training materials, coordinating the delivery of training and developing training budget and Training MIS reports.
