Dear Mr. Manikyam,
An MA in Psychology will typically not benefit you for value adding your JD in HR spectrum, Typically a PG degree in IR may help, depending on the course content and mode [distance vs regular]. If you wish to remain in the domain of Psychology, you should typically consider a PG degree in Master of Science (MSc) in Psychology (HRDM) [typically offered by a college in Bangalore: Christ University] or equivalent. The course really may value add to your current JD.
Hope you found this information usable.

You may approach institutes directly and ask for their profiles. Whichever in the end looks promising, go for it. As such, limited options are present in this country for IR. TISS being the main insti and others to follow.
