Her problem is that, her organization did not paying salary properly to employees and indulging in a wrong work practices like blaming employees for their poor performance even-though they worked well with the intention to throw them out without paying salary. As and when she recruit people for the openings, candidates often giving negative feedback about the organization and not willing to come forward to join the company because of the issue however she trying her best to convince the people to join the company.

Hi,
Its indeed a difficult situation for trainee to address the issue however i would suggest go for it and rectify it. Some of my suggestion is
A. Talk with your management and make them to understand that due to this practice negative branding of the organization is growing in the labour market and in related sector.
B. Also explain that frequently changing the workforce will leads to insecurity among existing workforce which indeed affect the effectiveness of the people and organization.
You sit and note down what all are the things you observed and what need course correction then talk with your boss and explain them the issues and its outcomes. And discuss this with your mentor in the field they tell you how to deal this type of issues.
I appreciate your initial effort of asking for suggestion in this forum and please look into all suggestion and correct the issues.
with regards

The issue is related to the ethical policy of your organization. You should collect the data based on the replies given by the candidates. Secondly, prepare a detailed report of the expenses your organization is incurring on the recruitment. This data should be tabulated in such a way to display the cost of recruitment and loss to the company image, including the percentage of candidates refusal to join the organization with reasons. In case you can produce the same data and information to the management/policy makers to convince them to make amendments in the existing policy. Thirdly, you need to collect the information that how much productivity is lost by changing the employees frequently and place the information along with the other statements. Your employer may ponder upon the facts and may think to change the views.
Also try to find out that how many effective employees you have lost in a given time because of unfair practices.
If an organization want to grow at faster pace it is important to be fair and transparent with the employees. At the same time your management should not ignore the fact that employees are the assets and can become result oriented professionals provided they are treated decently.
I hope with your little efforts you may change the work ethics of your management.
