One more thing if she has already accepted the last salary and notice period salary that means she has accepted the Termination of her job, then how can she claim the Maternity Benefit from the company.

Has she signed on the F&F letter?
If yes, all dues cleared, all things wrapped up.
If you have not issued any F&F, it will come to you as a fault....
Accepting regular salary slip is not same as accepting full and final settlement slip...
