Hello People,
I have 2.9 years of experience as HR Executive for US Staffing process, So I work for night shift. I like to spend my day time in a useful manner apart from my sleeping hours. I'm planning to spend my time in freelancing (Recruitment). Now my questions are:
1. Will I be able to find good clients?
2. Will I be able to work for end client directly or should I approach Tier 1 companies?
3. Will it affect my current job or my performance, because I'm in full time position and I work here for more than 2.9 years in this same organization and I love working here.
4. How should I start my freelancing job? Whom should I approach?
I'm really blank and I get 'n' number of questions. Please do advise me on this.
I'm new to this community and I came to knew about this through one of my friends. Looking forward to hear and learn more from you professionals.!!
Thanks and Regards

As proper sleep is a biological requirement of any human being, i am not sure whether you can manage working hours and sleeping hours, without affecting either regular work or freelance.
This you need to think through and take a call
There could be number of avenues, where you can explore freelance assignments
1. Candidate Sourcing
2. Writing
3. Help desk
