Above all,
My supervisors, alwayus threated in the name of my disability. They several times threat that you are under probation, we can do whatever we want. No one can question us. As it is under central govt organization, they are bind to central govt rules right?.
They never said that my performance is bad infront me.
They really played a well planned game with me. I want to sue them now. As they spolied my career at central govt org.

You should have approached your reporting manager when your probation period was completed in order to know whether you got permanent or not. Everything needs to be documented for proof and keep this thing in mind for future as well.
I would suggest you to talk to the concerned authorities of your organization, try to understand the things and then come to a conclusion for taking any step as you should make yourself aware of each and every fact in this context. Try to make up more face to face interactions for better clarification. Its your right to know if there is any performance issue or any loophole from your end.

Dear Ahen Bhatt,
I was asked my reporting officer well before my expiration of my probation period , they said that probation is nothing serious in our organization take it as a routine matter. I have crossed my probation period, 3 months got over. after which i got this relieving letter. Right now I have given reply mail indication about the issue. I have to wait and see what will their reaction from their end. I never got my CR review report. In central govt organization rules, probationer should get the intimation about his if any adverse remarks are their well before 1 month of his expiration of the probation period, in my case they did not.
They simply issued the relieving letter. which is very unfair.

Aditya

Hi Aditya :
It is great to see that you have initiated communication from your side with your officials. Please continue pursuing this matter until you get something fair and satisfactory resolution. Request members working in Central Govt organisations to put forth your suggestions which will be also be informative for members like us.
My brother also facing similar siutation. He is working for state govt - Revenue department. He was suspended a year ago on flimsy grounds. He has been pursuing to be reinstated but unfortunately right from the peon of his office to the highest officials have been demanding under table money. Inspite of patronising them all the matter is still unresolved. This is the state of affairs rampant in state and central government agencies... no wonder we do not get efficient services from them.
As I am working in private sector I cannot really contribute any views about how to handle this situation but I really hope that things work out for you.
