My query is I was selected for XXX agro pharma (XXX laboratory pvt Ltd Mumbai). And they gave me an offer letter and took my original board certificate for verification. But after 5 days I told them am not joining your company and requested to return my original document but they are ignoring me and not giving it back.
So what can I do? please help me.

Holding of original certificate is illegal.
When submitted original certificate for verification you should have collected back the same immediately.
You can ask for the original certificate and if they refuse to give back you can inform them you will lodging a complaint with Police. Hopefully they will give back.
