Dear Sir,
We are employed in Gujarat with our corporate office at Mumbai and salary is being credited from Corporate office. Since the first day, our employees professional tax being deducted and deposited in Mumbai only.
Now we want to deposite tax in Gujarat against employees working at Gujarat. Will there be any legal problem?
Or do we need to get another Professional Tax Registration?
With best regards,
Y.Nitesh
