Hi Members!
Its been after 2 months that I have seen the site and am interacting with the forum members.
Well, i got a new job and was very happy with it. But after I joined the scenario was completely different. Its an army based company (I would not like to share the name of the company) and the kind of set-up this company had I was unable to adjust but failed. I have left the job yesterday and am jobless now.
Please help me in getting a job in Delhi in HR as I have rich 3 years experience in HR (Generalists) profile.
Looking forward for your help. :( :( :( :( :( :( :(

Yes all are very true enroll yourself with some of the good Job search portals.. Apart from this register with some of the good consultancies in your locations...

Hi Prachi,
Do not lose ur confidence. U should register ur profile on good Job portals and with consultants in your location. Also contact your friends and ask them if they have any opening in their company.I would say best is to go seek advice from someone who is already working in that particular organization. So that you could get more information about the company before you take up any new assigment. As on a long run too many job shiftings on your profile would not sound good. No good companies would prefer Job hoppers. So think before u make a move this time.
Am from Chennai so i may not be able to guide you for jobs in Delhi.
All the Best!!

Dear Prachi
I suggest u, first inform us ur requirements, what kind of job u r lookin for.... where would like to place in delhi / gurgaon or else where.
Dont worry u can grab the job of ur choice rather than accomodating ur self in the existing job.
