Dear HR Professionals
Can any guide me please about the basic 'Pay for Performance Model & Structure' and 'Tool to measure the performance' for large multi-business setup organization, involved in different businesses ranging from Cement, Farming, Pharmaceuticals, Real Estate, Hosiery/Shoes/Woolen Mills, CNG Stations, Aviations, Guards, Software House, etc.
If anyone may guide me to the relevant guidelines by tools/formats for structures, model of 'Pay for Performance'
Thanx

hi mazhar
good question although its in a very broad sense.
for pay for performance model, u could try any piece rate structure (for eg. in the tex industry here in india, per mtr rates are fixed and so on).
for measuring performance, pls specify which industry as what u have specified is just about everything under the sun!

dear junaid
first of all thanx for the response,
although my question is in the very mush broder sense but actually i have to make such a presentation on the topic and our organziation (head office of very large group) is looking after many child projects such as bank, insurance, leasing, cement, pharceuticals, sugar, cng, hosiery, wollen, shoes, agrciutural farms & seeds, avaition (travel) and many more are being planned to come in near future.
so before desiging a form, i have been tasked to make a presentation to the board of directors on the subject, if any help is possible, if would be thankful
