As per Telegraph Amandment Notification dated 4th Nov. 2004, yours is a control industry and the controlling authority is Central Govt. Not able to attach notification can send you on mail.
Sir I Work as an Article in an Advocates Firm, wherein I need a notification that any matters of Controlled Industry cannot be heard before Labour Court, for which I require the notification a Telecommunication Industry is a Controlled Industry. Can u please mail me the Notification at earliest.
