Relocating to India - What are the chances I can get a decent paying job?

I am staying in UAE and working as an HR Officer and now planning to relocate to India and search for a Job in an Indian company. What are the chances I can get a decent paying job in India? Please Help me for the same.

It depends on your experience, your role etc. One general point is that any employer cannot match your salary at UAE as the AED to INR value will be always on the higher side. So you should open to Indian norms in terms of salary..
