Hi there,
these 10 tips indeed make a lot of sense. We keep reading tips and presentations on how we should treat others and respect them etc. etc. and in this quest we tend to forget about ourselves. Many a times we ignore our own feelings and end up stressing ourselves. Ofcourse, it is right to take other ppl's points of view, but it does not mean that we should always give them a 'nod', even if we feel the totally opposite way on their views.
I have experienced this feeling a number of times and end up feeling stressed out about not expressing my view just because the other person may feel bad.
So folks, these 10 points are to be taken seriously, learn to give urself importance, care for urself and respect your individual thoughts and ideas, because each 1 of us is worth it and have the right to do so.
Cheers !!!! Good work - Keep it up!
