Hello all,
We all have recently heard about the rape and murder case of a female working with one of the call center when she availed a night pick up service.
Even our company works 24*7 and facilitates employees with Night Pick and Drop Service.
Hence we wanted to come up with a Feedback form for Night Pick up and Drop service.
Can anyone of you help me out in this?

Hi Pallavi

I don't have a questionnaire however we had chalked out the following steps for the safetyu of employees. I hope this is of some help to you.

1. Women employees should not be picked up first or get dropped last. Authorized Security Personnel to accompany employees traveling in cab.

2. Any unscheduled change of driver to be communicated to the employees. If not informed by the cab co coordinator the employee is expected to enquire with the office about the same.

3. Employees to commute only in the cabs assigned, they should not travel in a cab which does not go to his/her assigned route, nor should they take a drop at any unassigned place. In case of any emergency, it should be done with the consent of the supervisor.

4. Employees should wear their ID cards even while traveling to-n-fro office.

5. Employees working in late evening (beyond 7:30PM) and night should be prohibited from moving out of the office gate for breaks during their working hours. Use of the cafeteria should be made for the same.

6. Do’s and Don’ts while traveling in the cab to be displayed in the office.

7. IT women employee who has to stay back (beyond 7:30PM) for work should be accompanied by any male employee assigned by the respective project manager if she is traveling in a city taxi.

8. ID cards for the drivers and route nos. displayed on the cab.

9. Prohibition on consumption/use of any intoxicating material (Alcohol/Cigarettes etc) in the cab either by the driver or by the employee.

10. Display of a dedicated contact number on the cabs, where people can contact in case of any issues.

11. Assign a cab co-coordinator who would be a one point contact for any issues regarding the cab (eg. Cab change/driver misbehavior etc.).

12. Any issues in the cab should be brought to notice of the cab coordinator rather than employees indulging in a fight with the driver.

13. Without the permission of the cab coordinator the driver should not diverge from his regular route under any circumstance.

14. The driver should not stop the cab anywhere other than the assigned locations.
