Thanks for contract labour information. I want to know what are the categories coming under contract labour act specially (cook/driver/peon)
Please revert and if any of the above mentioned three categories contract licenses are required. if yes/no requried clause.

Mr. Ravish Mohan Verma, Employee can not be suspended more than 4 days if found guilty in misconduct. Regards, Narendra
