can you kindly tell the sector in which you are dealing or the the desired profiles the candidates will be hired . to briefly assist you many things and parameters you will be able to sort ou from the Job Description and KRAs of the desired posts .
you can have either a format for interview as planned way to help you out in a structured way to let your management get well documented new and way for the same .
