Hello,

Due to covid-19, many companies are doing layoff but unfortunately i caught up when resigned from my post just 10 back since covid start in india and company got the reason to do cost cutting in terms of notice period. When i had resigned it was info that i have 2 month notice period out 3 months but due to this covid they had changed their mind and departed me early till then i was able to complete my 29 days in the company of notice period. So when FNF started they deducted the 2month pay as a due to notice period which should we technically 1 month if somebody informed via mail that one has 2month notice of 3 month for time being irrespective of what is happening in world like natural disaster or something else.

Now i have to submit 2month dues to organization as deduction to notice period which is notice period recovery to buy experiance letter.

What do now . Can it will challenge on any ground
