Hi Vijaya,
In your organisation how many employees are working. For example you take it as 50.You will be deducting PF for each and every employees. It will be like 12% from the Basic&DA.
For Example Vijaya
your basic is 5000,and your DA is 1500 all together it will be 6500.From 6500 you will be paying your PF Contribution. That will be like 6500*12%=780.
Like this you will be calculating for each and every employee. That means for 50 employees. Take it as example all 50 employees contributing the same 6500 as basic & DA.
you will get 3,25,000 as sum of total amount. It is Total wages due.
Total wages due is 3,25,000/-
Total No.of Subscribers-50/-
From 3,25,000 you have contribute 12% towards PF account.that means you will be paying 39000/-
I think your doubts has been cleared.
If you have any other doubts please dont hesitate to call me.
