Hi,
I work for a reputed IT company in Bangalore. I got a new career opportunity in other company and I want to join the new company. There is 90 days notice period in my current company but my new recruiter is telling me to join in one month. My current employer is not ready to release me early, even though I'm ready to buy out the 2 months notice period. In my current employment offer letter it is mentioned that - '.. approval of any request for early release and/or any kind of waiver will be granted at the sole discretion of the company and will be subject to terms and conditions of the company including and not limiting to the recovery in lieu of notice period not served'.
Please suggest me what should I do now.
Regards.

Dear Sagar,
Convince the management.... That is the only thing that can be done in this case. Either convince the old company for early release or the new company for later joining.
All the best...
