Dear Seniors,
Greetings of the day!!!!!!!!!
In my company, one emplyee has resigned in Feb-2009, we issued him experience and relieving letter also, but now he is calling us to give one more copy of the same, as he has lost the earlier one,
Kindly guide me what process should I follow, shall I mention duplicate copy on his letters. Pls. guide me and if you have some sample then do help me with that.

Hi Deepmala,
The copy of the letter might be with HR, better take a xerox copy and give it to him. No issue, even he wants in orginal then ask him to give it in writing and then prepare the similar letter and issue and you can write a note on the same enclosing his request letter and file,
