Hello, My present co. suddenly discontinued the PF part and as per UAN status its now showing Date of Exit- 31.03.2020.
My query: Can the management do this? I mean there was not a single intimation to the employees. When we asked verbally then they said above 15000/- they can't deposit/deduct PF from now.
Secondly, The PF amount which was being deducted earlier now they are adding at our salary part but not agree to give me the Payslip. I did joined Dec'16 and till now there are no formal HR support is here and the employee strength is 170+(Manufacturing Unit at Bihar region).
Any suggestions on these issues, please.

Dear Sukanta-Bhattacharjee,
It is totally wrong to discontinue your PF contribution and show that you are shown as exit when it is not so. Once you are a member of PF you remain as a member of PF forever till the time you are in service even though your salary is reduced to less than Rs. 15000/-.
Even you are appointed at more than salary of Rs. 15000/- and admitted in PF, then also your employer can not say subsequently that you were admitted in PF voluntarily and now want to take it back or stop it.
You are advised to make a complaint to Regional PF Commissioner. But see that you should be not alone. Need to take care of your employment. It's all happening because of corrupt officers in every Government Department including PF too.
