Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am working in manufacturing company as a HR –Executive. One employee has been left before one month. We have to recover Rs-3000/-, on which basis it should be recovered (Basic and DA) and Gross Salary.

Dear Nilesh,
At the time of preparing Full & Final settlement, first enter all the payable amount, then deduct the same amount as advance given from the sum total.
For more reference enclosing one of the sample format of Full & Final settlement..
