I have to implement, comp off policy for the employees who works on weekends and people work till 11 PM or 12 AM....
Please tell me comp off policy for IT company and Leave policy also if time permits

A list of sunday / holiday working employees should come from HOD. C off will be applicable only those employee whose names are in list. If an employee has worked on sunday for 4 hours only, he will get 0.5 leave as c off & if an employee has worked on sunday for 6 hours, he will get a leave as c off.
C off will be availed within 30 days.

I am Credit 8 compensatory off but i am left from job and compensatory off is balance. so is it pay or laps by company. Company called to me to attend duty on my weekly off.
please suggest.

When companies flout laid out rules and Laws with impunity; the matter in your case totally depends on the integrity level of the company; as there are no laws governing it.

Hello All,
A service engineer went to customer site(out of station) to work. He is now claiming comp off for saturdays and sundays whereas he has not worked on those days. his defence is that since he was at customer's site he is eligible for comp off.
My take is that going to customer is a part of his job and he cannot claim comp off if he hasn't worked on that day.
request you suggestion on this.

Hi,
We are not frequently calling employees to work on weekends, any we are giving them 100% monetary hike, and performance bonus to compensate the weekend working. so we don't want to demolished comp off as a policy in our organisation , kindly help me out in drafting the same.

If an employee work at client side with a roaster of 23 days work and 7 days leave, he accumulate 6 compensatory leave [ 3 x (Saturday+Sunday)]. Also when an employee works in a remote site work 1 month 2 month at a once, every month 2x4=8 compensatory off gets due. In this situation he never needs to use his CL / SL / EL.
Please suggest what rule can be incorporated here.

If public holiday falls on the weekly off , i.e. 7th November 2018 is PH same time weekly off falls on that day for nurses , doctors will get comp off for 7th November 2018 (Nurses & doctors already avail weekly off on 7th November 208)

Dear Sir,
If Company gives off on regular working and after 15 days company decide that sunday regular working day but we have to take week off on continue after 10 days working. so please suggest as per legal labour law.
