Talk to urself in English whenever you are alone.
Don't hesitate to talk in English when you interact with others.
You may make mistakes initially..But that's how you learn.
That's how i learnt.

It’s not like that.
I got to know only through citeHR. Posting was there. I haven’t received any personal formal invitation. It is very difficult to invite each & every one personally. In fact we are very thankful to Sanjukta & Sandeep who has taken initiative for organizing this meet. This Meet is open for all HR people. So you are most welcome. To be good in communications skills the first and foremost thing is you should be strong in basics
2) First try to use simple words to communicate these hi funda English then will automatically follow you
3) Keep it as a mandatory rule that you must spend at least 1/2 an hour of reading a day
4) Start communicating in English
5) Reading newspaper and Listening to english news i find will help any one to speak English very fluently.
