Dear All.
.....i my thught process goes like this
Manager - HR...the one who is handling all verticals of HR ( In small scale industries)
HR - Magager ...May be we can limit the roles of this manager in to any verticals, like recruitment , or pay roll ets.. where in the company is very large and posses different vertical.... Eg :- Manger - Recruitment
Kindly currect me if if i am wrong
Thank s

Hi,
The person handling only recruitment is Manager- Recruitment or talent acquisition, or Manager- PMS etc , not Manager- HR.
There is no difference, its how the designation patterna company follows.

Re: Manager-HR & HR- Manager
hai yaraguti
There no difference between Manager-Hr & Hr-Manager
because of that the designation wise we having different wings in a company form that only the mention wings/dept name first and then designation follows next
eg:- Hr Asst, Hr Generalist, HR Coordinator etc.,

HR - Manager is a formal way

@Yaraguti (aka Sree) The Difference is only in the arrangement of words...if Someone named Mr. Sree Yaraguti is named somewhere as Mr. Yaraguti Sree...so will it make a huge difference???????...understand logic before posting questions that need to be asked by school kids n not people in the hot seat.

Dear Friends
There is definitely a difference, the difference is of designation.
whenever there is any designation which has manager afterwards for ex: R & D Manager or HR Manager, then in terms of hierarchy it is after assistant HR Manager or Assistant R & D Manager but if Manager comes before like Manager R & D, Manager Engineering then it is a big position like a GM

Can you explain the sense which you seem to have made from this?..if 'HR Manger' is after 'Assistant HR Manager' in designation or heirarcy (take ur pick) then pray tell me why don't Companies go for 'Sr.Asst.HR Manager"??? Bcoz either a person can be an Asst HR Manager TO an HR Manager or Manager HR...Please Support the clarification which you give.

No hard feelings shree but you have done right to ask question as this is INDIA and in our democracy we have evryright to ask questions , no matter how silly it is.
Its my duty as rightfull Indian citizen and having evry right to speak and felt like answering this silly question by wasting my time and educating you that "THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HR - MANAGER & MANAGER-HR".
I wrote all this lines because just want to make you feel how disgusted i am after seeing your posts

Dear Sree
Contrary to the popular sentiments here, in my opinion you have asked a very pertinent question.
I request you to go through the following thread; as the matter had been discussed in a very 'dispassionate' objective manner :
https://www.citehr.com/156044-differ...executive.html
Hope you will find your answer.
In future, make it a habit to "SEARCH" CiteHR before posting a query; as many such issues have been discussed threadbare earlier.
Warm regards.
