Hello all,
I need to ask you all that i completed my Masters in 2006 than i went for job in the same year. I changed company in 2007 and till 2011 i served the same company but due to some personal differences with my head i had to quite my job and i started my own business of online with my friend who was specialized in online work. When i started it i enjoyed working with him because i was getting good amount of money but from last year our business is not running well because of updated google policies. So now i again willing to join my work but i am facing quite difficult to get new job. Most of my contactees said that due to your 4 years of gap i would be difficult for you to get started again. Are they right ? If yes than what would i do now?
Please suggest your valuable opinion and suggestions.
Regards,

People with experience in entrepreneurship experience are very much sought after. You need to present it well in your resume and during interview.
You need to decide the area in which you want to work and it will be better if you work in an area where you have gained experience i.e. online work.

Hello Kurram,
Please do not lose heart.Setbacks are part and parcel of life.
Keep trying in both the areas. That is a company job
and also other opportunities available in Online.
It will not be bad idea to try a third alternative.
Perseverance is the solution.
You will succeed.

Dear kurram
you have not mention that which kind of work has been done by you on line. But, it is not bad taking a experience in Enterpreneurship. you have a good experience of Net working. why do you not make your carrier in on line working. there are many company which provide you job. it is era of technology. every body purchase goods on line. why do you not give your resume such company like snap deal, flipkart, Amazon & etc.
