I have completed my BBA and working in bpo from last 5 years and due to some financial issues i couldn't pursue my career in HR. I always wanted to be in HR. But now i am planning to start my career in HR (Payroll and Benefits, compensation etc. backend part). Kindly please advise how i can pursue my dream and what are the skills, knowledge required.

Suggest you do a course of Payroll in your city to get a basic idea.Everything can be learnt by practical work, but having a theoretical background to practical work makes one understand things better and know how your work meshes with the organisation and their work.

Dear Ajay325,
My response to you it seems is not submitted due to some technical issue. I am taking the pain to rewrite and resubmit the same since I saw 2D - i.e. Desire and Dedication are present in you.
Without this 2D no one can be a successful person in any field.
Our learned member Nathrao has given you apt advice.
I need not to tell you that no dream become reality through magic. It takes sweat, determination & hard work.
To keep your dreams alive you need to believe in yourself and don't give up. Stay focus, go after your dream. Keep moving towards your goals.
Remember all things are possible for those who believe.
To be a successful person one should have positive attitude, business attitude, learning attitude and wining attitude. All those attitudes are very very important .
Be positive always. Set your goals. Write down your Vision in clear Words. Read it daily. Visualize it round the clock. Believe it, there is a power in it. So do it. I did it. I do it.
Ofcorse, you need to do SWOT analysis of yourself. You are the best judge of you.
