I am in a relationship management job - sales work in a private bank and its really frustating and stressful.
My Joining was on 9th august 2018 so I want to ask when should I put resignation as I want to have one year experience.
My notice period is of one month as I am not confirmed as of now in my bank because I haven't given IRDA exam.
I want to go for a job in abroad & there I need a year experience. So please suggest when should I put resignation.
10th, 11th,12th august are holidays.

Dear Member,
If you have joined your company on 9th Aug 2018 then you will be completing a year on 8th Aug 2019. Therefore, theoretically speaking, you can make that date as your last working day. Nevertheless, it is better to work a little more. You may submit your resignation with effect from 16th Aug 2019. This will make your last working day as 14th Aug 2019. However, you should be eligible to get your salary until 15th Aug 2019.
It appears that you are so frustrated that you do not wish to work more even for a day. Nevertheless, show a little more patience.
Thanks,

Hi,
I second the opinion of Mr Dinesh!
Also, I understand how frustrating it must be taking the pressure in the current job.
However keeping your requirement for finding a next job in abroad, you must cross the date 08th Aug 2019 and may please submit your resignation on 10th August 2019 and subsequently get relieved on 11th September 2019.
This may be more ideal for you to take up the new assignment. Incase the new employer is willing to pay your notice pay yo may submit the same in your present company and get relieved early as well.
Wishing you all the best as you pursue new job opportunities.

Dear colleague,
For this decision you don't need any expert advice as it is based on pure commonsense.
If you need to have one year's experience to get new job, obviously you synchronise your last working day any day after 8th August, 2019.
It is not understood why you approached this forum for such a decision which does not require any expertise.
