First comply with the requirements as observed as Non Compliance. That is putting handrail and putting boards in your regional language. Then against the report, mark it as "put hand railings on.....date" and "Signboard placed in ......language on ...date..." and close the NC.
Please do not use abbreviations like NC and CAPA when it is used first time in a communication. That itself would be a "NC" if a proper audit is done in "communications to employees/ board members". You can use it where ever it appears subsequently in your reports or communications.
