It’s great to be part of this group. I represent Careersindia; we specialize in workforce assessments and do a lot of research on different areas in HR. Our latest initiative is a comprehensive survey on attrition trends in India. ‘India Attrition Study 2008’ aims to collect feedback from HR professionals across industry segments in India on their causes and trends in attrition.

We invite you to participate in the online survey and provide your inputs with specific reference to your organisation. Please note that in order to ensure anonymity of your responses, no demographic data of your individual or organisation identity is being gathered in this survey. No individual reference to any data point furnished by you will be made in the analysis or findings of the study. The research team will treat the information furnished by you in strict confidence.

As we all know attrition is a huge problem in India. BestPrax Club is holding a roundtable "Managing Attrition: Innovative HR Practices" which I think will be extremely valuable for all of us. The date has not been fixed yet but it would be nice to attend. See <link outdated-removed> ( Search On Cite | Search On Google ) for details on roundtables.
