I worked in CISF from 08.11.03 to 18.03.10 and on technical resignation joined central excise and customs on 19.03.10. My pay at the time of resignation was 12800/- +4200/-. I was appointed here as a result of competitive exam by Staff selection commission.
Do i am eligible for transfer grant.
Do i will get cost of transportation to personnel effect.

Dear prashant_kum
Since you joined through SSC, it will be considered as a fresh appointment technically (with most likely, protection of Basic Pay); as such the question of transfer grant does not arise.
Depending on the terms of resignation, you may get reimbursement of transportation of personal effect from your previous organization i.e. CISF. Generally this benefit is allowed in case of separation by Superannuation; V.R., Medical Unfit cases etc.

Yes.
The eligibility of Transfer TA, Joining time and Joining time pay will be as per SR 114 and Rule 4(4) of CCS (Joining Time) Rules, 1979.
You can also try for joining time, as under :
5. For the appointment to the post under the Central Government on the result of
a competitive examination and /or interview open to Government servants
and others:-
(a) Joining time is admissible:-
(i) to all Central Government employees, whether permanent , or
temporary;
(ii) to State Government employees only if they are permanent or
provisionally permanent;
(b) Joining time pay is admissible:-
(i) to permanent and provisionally permanent Central and State
Government employees.
(ii) to temporary Central Government employees who have completed 3
(three) years of regular continuous service.
