What would be your answer for 5th or 17th question ? ? I have been asked this on almost all the interviews i had appeared. I am yet find a convincing answer ! ! !

Hi Gaurav,
Its good that u have made a set of questions but i feel most of these are related to compensation related but it would be good if give the interviewee a case and know about his views on it... and i think this is only o the guys who have finished their MBA's and it cannot be possible for Graduates coming MSW background... and i think HR in mostly involved in people Mgmt so emphasis must be laid on his communication skills and people skills ... and i dont think many will be able to answer questions related to stock market....
