Dear Sir, One of our employee deducting his PF As I have checked that from couple of months his contribution in EPS is not submitting. all amount submitting in his EPF account . still his age 41. I have checked his details available with us. Please help why it is happen and how can I resolve the issue.

An individual who joined the Employees' Provident Fund (EPF) scheme, after September 1, 2014, cannot open an Employees' Pension Scheme (EPS) account if his/her monthly salary exceeds Rs 15,000. So please check for DOJ & PF wages whether it above Rs.15,000/-
