It is a challenging task of today to all the organizations/sector. people are submitting exceptional resume fulfilling the requirements of post. where as it is a strenuous effort to identify the correct individual when all are holding highest degree certificates. candidates are well trained to meet the interview demands like circus horses with no potential in practicals. The importance of experience is neglected and stuffed management skills in various business schools are relied at present. the human mind management can not be taught in air conditioned schools. the moral and ethical sense can be read by a wise who traveled across many unforeseen events, unfavorable conditions in a well reputed organization. every one wants money making jobs with no work. this is the tendency of present youth. the hidden mind is to be scanned very tactfully and strategically to get disciplined and dedicative individuals. this is a challenging task to many organizations.

Sir,

Whatever you stated is a matter of fact. But let me introduce to the other side of the coin as well.

It is not there there are 0 people who wish to increase their knowledge domain by actually undergoing all those situations that they've either heard from the professors or read in books.

If I can cite, I would like to give my own example. Whilst I was looking for job after my MBA (and even though it was a campus recruitment) I have seen profiles getting rejected only coz of average scoring. They need exceptionally well scorers. While i and many of us know, that it is not at all necessary that the topper should know everything.

Instead of trying to hunt a person who has best score and has "I know all attitude" why not hire a person who's willing to learn and grow? I had always been asked - "You are a complete fresher, how do we trust your skills, why should we experiment, why should we pay you even this much when i can shell out little more and get someone experienced...."

My answers had always been - "Give me a chance to learn and I know I would not give you a single chance to complain or regret." How can one expect a fresher to gain experience when you too are not interested in the profile. A vicious circle today is - No Experience, No Job.... No Job, No Experience.

Luckily my current employer put faith in me, but this was honestly after 8 months hunting and going to several places seeking a job role. (Salary was never the point discussed so I was never rejected on my salary demand, I had made it clear that I'm more interested in profile than in money as it is just the beginning. My focus is on growing and not minting money.)

Hope people understand the fresher's plight and be a little more risk taker when it comes to trusting their abilities or we can give them situation based questions to understand better how would they analyse a given condition.

Hope I wasn't rude. Just wanted to put forth my ideas and suggestions.

I faced similar problem when i forwarded my profile to recruiters as i possess multiple skills and willing to take up roles that is of my interest. Recruiters must request applicants, to submit covering letter(supporting their CV) stating their experience, competencies and area of interest. This will definitely help recruiters to understand and corelate their requirements with applicants experience, competences(skills/knowledge) and area of interest.
With profound regards

it is really interesting to listen to my youngsters. I am a kind of person who categorically put marks score aside and tap the creative skills, aptitude and multidimensional attitude. person willing to grow in own profession will not matter the money, glory and identification in the field gives self satisfaction as build devotional strength. in the later stage..the knowledge based skill will lead to wisdom..a door way to spiritual path called KARMAYOGA.
