Hello All. I have a couple of questions related to Contract labour.

1. Can a Principal Employer directly reward or award the contract labour engaged? And if yes then wouldn't it be an employee-employer relationship?
2. How can a feasible Talent marketplace be created for Contract Workers?
3. How can a principal employer help contract workers to available benefits under various government schemes? Is there some technology or means already being used?
4. How can a Skill-based compensation model be used for Contract labour considering that the Principal Employer is not supposed to supervise, control & check performance of Contract labour?
