Dear Seniors, I am new member of this site, need some suggestion, 7 months before i joined a company as security officer, 5 days before my confirmation i had bike accident on duty while taking round & had spinal injure, taking bed rest as advised by doctor. Company has given me confirmation letter on time but i am expected to face loss of pay this is the inputs i have got from my colleagues. Since last 25 days i am on bed & as per doc. i should be on bed min. 15 days more. As on today i have only 10 days c/l. My annual leave will due after 11 months of service. What could be the in my case & what actually should be?
