It was just another Sunday…a rest day… but what was unusual was that a group of professionals fought the Sunday lethargy and made it all the way to DRISHTI at Hotel Mirador!!!!
The afternoon was quite energetic with highly charged and enthusiastic group… Though Rajat was not present, but he ensured that we were moving in the right direction… We missed you a lot Rajat!!!
The meeting started with the introduction of the members in an informal manner. The session was inaugurated by formally lighting of the lamp by four of our members. Next, Jeroo Chandiok led the first half with overview of HR in 21st century, thus clearing the haze around our DRISHTI!!!
Later, the ball was set rolling with the formation of teams and setting the future agendas by Yogesh Pahuja. The details are mentioned in the minutes of the meeting attached herewith.
All the members present have been unanimously selected as members of the Executive Committee for DRISHTI, and we all have pledged that the future DRISHTI Meets will be as rocking as this one!!!!
All the guys who missed this event… really missed the DRISHTI…the vision… hope to see you all the next time!!!

Pics are great just wanted to know can it be bigger as the other meet pics are. It was real pleasure meeting up with all of you and interacting its was great experience having a focused meet only on HR coz i have had several meetings but not really so focused or narrowed down on the HR issues also meeting up with seniors in the industry. The level of enthusiasm of every member was sky high and special thanks to Jeroo Madam, Suryakant, Azing, Vinod and Rohan because of whom this meet was made possible. Thank you all. Lets keep the series going and lets rock everytime we meet up.

We want to make DRISHTI a vehicle for Mumbaikers to scale new heights, and to change the concept of HR to a dynamic, challenging and effective partner of change.
