Dear,
You can have online quiz.
You can give them riddles to solve.
You can ask them to perform certain funny activities with their family members and send the pictures in the group. The first one will win the game.
You can make group of people from your office and give them a picture riddle or any other (difficult one) and ask them to coordinate with their team member and solve it.

Working from home is the new need of the hour during this Covid-19 pandemic period. Work can be ignored neither health. So staying home and working online is the only option to be safe from this pandemic. But work from home lacks employees' interest as the office environment and the home environment get mixed. There is a lack of social interaction between the employees. However, these meetings can be made interesting by engaging the employees in certain activities while working from home. This will not only help in garnering their interest but will also boost their spirits to work effortlessly.

● Online games: You can invite your colleagues on a group video call and play some fun games. You can challenge one another through these online games. Though these games lack physical effort it keeps you all connected.

● Pixel art competitions: Reveal the Picasso hidden inside you. You can conduct spreadsheet pixel art competitions with a lot of fun.

● Motivational speeches: Always make sure your employees never lose interest. Keep them motivating by giving a short speech in between your work. This will encourage them and keep them on track. Ask about their problems and be approachable.

● Health challenges: Work from home has made people neglect their physical health. You can challenge each other for some health challenges. This will not only improve the physical health to meet the challenge but will also develop a good rapport with the employees.
