Hi Xela,
YOu are just entered in the HR field, which is to vast. My advice first acquire knowledge not inforamtion in the intial stages of your carrier. Enrich yourself with experience. YOu will get money automaticlly. In the world nothing comes free of charge.

Hi
I am a HR professional with experience of 4 years
In your case i.e MBA HR your starting salary also depends on from where you are doing your MBA. Institute have very major role to paly in seting initial salary.
If you are a MBA from reputed college you get a campus placment & your CTC will start high otherwise market trend for fresher is ver low.

Hi,
Do you have job satisfaction - are you having enough work to get experience to deal with others ?
Are your jobs suits to your approach and ability ? Then continue or else search for new job slowly so that after a year experience you may plan to quit.
Thanks,

Hi
Before seeking change from employment, ask your self.
1) What is my current level my JOB KNOWLEDGE
2) How I am using my knowledge and skills in achieving
Department targeted goals
3) How I can increase my value.
4) Am I satisfying BOSS expectations
5) Can I ask more responsibilities and Am I capable to perform the same
6) Whether can I play value added role
7) What is level of acceptance with the Department
8) Am I capable to perform special tasks, when my BOSS prefers to assign the same.
9) Alway question "What organization is expecting from me and am I delivering the same without reminders..... and what you are expecting from organisation...ie., Position, Pay, Respect /Recongnisation...
Don't seek change with frustration... think positively... look positively... then Plan yourself for change in employment

Hi Xela
According to me you should also focus on
*Exposure you are getting in HR field by continuing in the same organization & try to get maximum learning in this period before you switch from current organization.
* You should also show stability, changing job within 6-8 months during first job won't reflect good picture.

Hi,
All that you expect that depends upon what the organisation expects from your profile! Also diffferent factors like org type, brand of org etc.
Also for HR, stability of 1 years is the bare minimum requirement to make your path clear for switching.
All the very best!!
