Do we need to issue appointment letter in local language? if yes, is there any law available?

Normally any employee who can not understand English language, it always better to issue appointment order in local language, to avoid any allegation on a latter date that ' I could not understand the meaning of particular clause of the order"

Yes any appointment letter to be issued as per Factories act or Shops and commercial establishment act or contract labour act and Standing orders act. It varies from trainee, probation, Badly and permanent.
