Salary Break-up for monthly CTC 37,500 ? Please its really urgent.
As per our company Break Up for 23671 is as follows :
Earned Basic 3000.00 2800.00 PROV. FUND 360.00 336.00
H.R.A 1080.00 1008.00 P. Tax 0.00 200.00
Convayence 800.00 747.00 TDS 0.00 966.00
Fixed Allow 15820.00 14765.00
Variable Allow 1620.00 1512.00
Medical Allow 250.00 233.00
Special Allow 1101.00 1028.00
so please give me a calculation according to the above break up.

I think your company has the "most creative" salary plan, so you can go ahead and break up the gross salary in any manner you intend to choose.
Why I am saying this is, when the Gross salary is 23671; the basic pay is only 3000, and there is a Fixed Allowance of 15,820. It clearly points to the fact that the company wants to save on statutory deductions and any contingent payments say, in case of accidents or compensation such as notice pay, gratuity, retrenchment compensation etc. Such salary break-up are not good/valid from the legal point of view.
