Dear Seniors
Please guide and clarify regarding Pension withdrawal to my below query:
If an employee who has completed 21 years of service in Private limited company and has resigned, then when he / she would be eligible for getting pension ?
Also if that employee is above 50 years, is he/ she eligible of getting pension before attaining 58 years of age?
If yes what is the procedure for the same and how much amount of pension they would receive after completing 50 years of age and 58 years of age?

Hi Preeti, If the company is private it has NO liability to pay pension to any one irrespective of age and tenure of employement, as per labour law. Its the companies call wheather to pay or not.
