Dear Seniors,
We are having a civil site engineer on contract employment basis for a period of 8 months for our new factory site.
The site engineer even after may reminder and discussion is not reporting to the site on time.
also we need to have his continuous working on all working days- except one day holiday & other declared national/festival holidays every month.
Is it fair/justified to expect on time reporting from a civil site engineer &
also continuous working from practical & legal point of view in current industrial scenario.
If its fine ,what sort of action can be taken for improvement in timely reporting.
Awaiting for the advice.
Thanks

How a person who is not disciplined can deliver and render justice to his employment contract, can be trusted? Issue memos and if no corrective action, terminate the contract. Pon
