hello members,
this is virendrakumar, a student of MBA. i am doing a project on the scope of recruitment process outsourcing. i need help of you people. i have a questionnaire attached with this. please fill that and help me in completion of my project.

Dear Virendra,
A couple of points. I do not know what the objectives of your project are. Hence, i am only going to comment on the questionnaire layout. It's better to as personal/demographic questions at the end. It's also better to use one of the web-based facility for doing the survey.
I could open the document in the "Read only" mode. Although it facilitates answering the questions, the responders have to save it, I think, and then send you the file (when you give your emailID). Do you not think you are expecting a lot from busy people?
It is also advisable to state of what use is your survey to responders.
