How can I check that I am eligible for the EPS scheme?

Dear All, I have switched from my old company to a new one after rendering service for 11 years. How can I check that I am eligible for the EPS scheme? Because when check balance, I am getting that PF amount is matching with the deposit, but EPS amount not showing.
