Hi! I have received several messages already in my inbox. I try to respond as promptly as I could for each email. However, I don't know whether my replies get to the person fast, and how?

There is no indication that the reply I posted reached the concerned person, although it is saved in my outbox.

I tried to send a reply e-mail directly to their e-address, but it doesn't get through. I am concerned about the reaction of my mail senders. They might think that I am just snubbing them.

Or, does this mean that the mail sender must access my outbox? When they access my outbox, can they also access the mails intended for others?

Can we do something about this? I am concerned about privacy matters.

One more thing: How do we get querries from members (which is a possible business opportunity for consultants like me) in this forum when you have removed our contact numbers/ information because of spam concerns?

We appreciate the protective concern. But, please take note that the reason why we are helping out in making this forum become attractive (thru active and quality discussion sharings on the various topics), is because we are businessmen and are looking for possible business opportunities here.

Taking out our business opportunity will discourage consultants like me from making further productive interaction.

Please make our site mutuallly beneficial!

Hi Ed,

The board does not take in post messages through email automatically because it's a difficult procedure to make the message fall on the exact topic because of the extensive categorization.

If you reply to the email digest you get everyday it will not work. You will need to click on the topic & post the reply on the site. [Although we are trying to think of ways where a member will be able to email in their posts]

We are in no way taking out our people's business opportunities, this site is SOLELY built for that, we have even started advertising on google & other places which leads many people looking for HR info to this site.

Sometimes when you try to send an email through the site it may be delayed because of the emailing load on our server [This will again depend on whether you are sending a private message or if you are sending an email. With a private message the message will go to the on-site inbox of the recipient & incase of an email it will go to the recipients email address].

Regarding the outbox question, no there is no need nor any way for anyone to have access to your outbox. We are very concerned over spam issues, which is why we usually ask our members to not post their email addresses in their posts but rather let the reader contact them through the board if they want to.

We would love to get some feedback on if you or others have been able to create business leads through this site. Would probably help us target our ads better. :)

Thank you.
I was able to get through the email system and i got one confirmation mail from you in my personal email account.
But would it not work better if what you allow for the ads (i.e. the URL) will also be there in the posts?
